During the seventeen years that I have trained clients, no one has ever said to me “I really want to take my time losing this weight!”  I understand that your time is a precious commodity, so my main priority is to assist you in achieving the maximum results in the minimum amount of time.  I also know that most people who come to me do not enjoy working out, or else they wouldn’t need me. So I do my best to make the workout fun while getting my client results. Initially, People come to me with a desire to change their physical appearance and as that happens what they discover, alternatively, is a change in their energy level, an increase in their self-esteem and a much more positive outlook on life.
